Welcome to Universal Base Technology. By purchasing gadgets, accessing our web services, or subscribing to hosting, you agree to follow our standard terms and product policies.

1. Orders & Pricing

Product availability is subject to stock levels. We reserve the right to cancel orders or adjust pricing in case of typographical errors or supplier fluctuations.

  • Prices are subject to update without notice
  • Invoices are generated upon payment validation

2. Software & Digital Services

Web design and hosting services are provided under active hosting plans. Intellectual property of custom code is transferred to clients upon full contract settlement.

  • Hosting uptime SLA is 99.9%
  • Backup plans are standard for business packages

3. Device Warranty & Usage

Hardware warranty covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover water damage, screen drops, modifications, or root access/unauthorized software alterations.

  • Manufacturer warranty is primary
  • Accidental damage is excluded from standard warranty
  • Support response within 24 hours for hosting issues

4. Service Agreement

These terms are governed by standard ecommerce and technology regulations. Any unresolved technical disputes will be handled by professional arbitration.
